How long does delivery take?

Most successful payments are fulfilled within a few minutes. If fulfilment is still processing, you will not be asked to pay again.

Do I need to share my game password?

Never. TOXO only needs your User ID and Server ID.

What if payment succeeds but diamonds do not arrive?

Payment and top-up are tracked separately. Open the order and contact support. Admin can retry fulfilment safely.
