By creating an account or placing an order on TOXO you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use TOXO. Users below 18 should transact with a parent or guardian’s knowledge and payment method.

2. Orders & delivery

Top-ups are fulfilled via third-party suppliers. Most orders complete within minutes, but some may take longer during high demand or supplier maintenance. You are responsible for entering the correct User ID and Server ID — orders fulfilled to wrong IDs you provided may not be refundable.

3. Pricing & payment

Prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The total amount is always shown before you pay. We accept UPI and TX Coin balance as displayed at checkout.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the store, attempt fraud or chargeback abuse, resell fulfilment capacity, or place orders that violate a game’s terms of service. We may suspend accounts or cancel orders that breach this section.

5. Intellectual property

TOXO is not affiliated with Moonton or other game publishers; all game trademarks belong to their respective owners. Store content (logo, artwork, text) belongs to TOXO Digital Service Provider.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for in-game account actions taken by publishers.

7. Grievance redressal

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts at Aizawl, Mizoram.
